PLEASE READ MY review and THE MULTIPLE OTHERS below stating poor quality jewellery and bad customer service.

My husband and daughter bought me a gold citrine ring whilst we were on holidays in Fuengirola. We live in Ireland.
They gave it to me on our last evening there on the 29th July. The ring was purchased on the 26th of July.

On the 1st of August (my 2nd time wearing my ring) I put my hand in my pocket and felt the citrine crystal come off from the ring claws. This shouldn't happen. The claws are not broken.

The gold is thin and flimsy.

I am extremely disappointed as I wanted this ring as soon as I saw it, I have wanted a citrine ring for a very long time and now I cannot wear it.

I have sent emails, these were automatically rejected. I have contacted Jose Luis via their contact page and also WhatsApp to no avail.

They have still not given me money back for the pice that I bought that broke within 2 weeks after. Very very bad company. Maria in costumer service is not good at all. No one in customer service knows how to make a customer think good of the company.

Again as everyone els says here. Do NOT buy from here. People from different countries do NOT buy here. No one knows English.

I bought a silver chain necklace that was supposed to be guaranteed...after 2 months the chain had turned green and actually broke so I couldn't use it.
I returned to the shop and they wanted me to 6 € to repair it....dreadful serice and no guarantee.

Disappointing Quality, purchased a necklace for 148€ and it has snapped 3 times. I asked for an exchange but they chose to repair it again. I won’t buy from here again!
