My boyfriend got me two rings and two bracelets on saturday, he lost the receipt and the rings were too big for me so we went to Mira Mira like 5 hours later after the purchase made with debit card so we had at least some proof we bought it there today, there was even the same employee. We came to the store there were 2 employees, when we said Hi, one rolled their eyes and spoke to her colleague in spanish, the other colleague with black hair extremely annoyed came to us. We asked if we can get a copy of the receipt from today or just change the rings for the same ones just smaller size. She said “no” and was unhelpful and annoyed. I came there today on monday with the receipt as we found it and i was able to exchange the things, manager was there she was nice and helped me pick. This was better experience than last time.

We went to buy two rings that we really liked, but what we didn't know was that the saleswoman was going to invade our personal space by constantly insisting that we buy two other items that were supposedly free. We really did look around and didn't like anything else. But it was the saleswoman's plan to overwhelm us with this ridiculous offer (like, "Terelu, there are two free, but if I don't like any of the others, tough luck!").
In short, the staff at this store should take some assertive communication courses. Thank you.

They refuse to return a bracelet with an obvious defect. They also can't exchange it because they say they're out of stock. The only option is a voucher, supposedly due to company policy. Isn't it company policy to sell quality products? Royal Decree 1/2007, on consumer protection, states that vouchers are NOT valid in cases of defects. The Royal Decree supersedes any private company.

The rudest shop assistants I've ever seen, they give you dirty looks and spend their time making fun of the customers.

Terrible customer service. You buy something broken, complain, and they tell you to buy something else because they won't give you your money back. It's unacceptable. The manager refuses to issue a refund. Don't waste your money.
