21 total reviewsI was absolutely delighted with this jewelry store. It's clear at a glance that they work with top-quality materials; the pieces have a spectacular finish. The customer service was excellent—very kind and attentive at all times, and incredibly friendly. It's a pleasure to shop at a place that takes care not only of the product but also of the customer experience. Highly recommended!
They have gorgeous jewelry and a catalog that I've only ever seen at this particular jewelry store, and I say that after having searched all over Malaga for the perfect gift. The service is fantastic; the staff is very friendly, respectful, and polite. The prices are very good, and they even offer discounts. I bought several things and will definitely be back because everything was beautiful. I highly recommend visiting this place if you want unique jewelry at great prices.
I bought a silver ring that was resized. The next day, after wearing it, it turned black, but cleaning it fixed the problem. The soldering is poorly done and burnt; it's not noticeable at first glance, but with changes in temperature or use of certain products, those areas turn black.
I took in a broken silver ring to have it repaired, and the result was perfect! They had it ready in no time, and the repairs are completely invisible; it looks brand new. As always, the service was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's actually the jewelry store we've been going to forever, and it's always a pleasure to trust them. I highly recommend them!
