The other customer in the shop buying a watch battery received better treatment. Maybe they didn’t want the sale but they certainly lost the opportunity
This place took forever to get my watch back, months actually, for a repair and band adjustment. I had to keep contacting them as they never called to advise the status of my watch. Luckily I was not in a rush to have it back but really, not very customer oriented. Very nice and pleasant staff but rather slow on service.
Great service all round .
