Great, quick and reasonably priced service! My daughter's necklace broke and the jewelers were incredibly kind. She was very upset when we went in and they took her necklace, even though they were busy, and immediately fixed the clasp. They were delightfully kind, had a great supply of 18k gold earrings from as inexpensive as 50 euros for studs appropriate for a young girl to much more substantive pieces for adults, and had many nice rings and necklaces. I will be sure to visit for our next gift as the variety of durable pieces with safe screw clasps to securely ensure the earrings aren't accidentally lost will make worthwhile gifts. Very helpfull !
Five and a half months ago, I received a €300 ring as a gift. The ring has started to yellow, and a stone has fallen out. I went to the jewelry store, and the older man who helped me said that neither the ring nor the stone fell out under warranty (even though my partner was told the exact opposite when she went to buy it). He also said that if the stone had fallen out the day after I bought it, it still wouldn't be covered because I must have bumped it (according to him). I will never buy from this jewelry store again.
Happy with the service. First time going to San Pedro for these matters and I think I can go there with confidence for repairs to my small collection.
