I visited the store as a frequent customer, and I say because I requested a battery replacement in several watches I had purchased at the jewelry store. They flatly refused, claiming they wouldn't do it because it was a sales day and they weren't going to waste their time changing the battery in one or more watches. For my part, professionalism is not paramount in these actions, and they give me the impression that they're only looking to make a profit.
Excellent service. Great professionals. Good jewelry at very competitive prices.
