Pathetic service and pathetic quality. During my trip to Ronda two weeks ago, I bought three rings. I wore one of them for the first time to a dinner party, and the crystals are starting to fall off. I contacted customer service, and they said that headquarters isn't responsible and that I have to contact the store directly. I've tried several times without success. The bottom line is, I don't have my money back, and the product is ruined. In this store, you get what you pay for, and they have absolutely no shame. Then everyone washes their hands of it. This store and brand should be shut down because the terrible quality they offer doesn't match what they try to portray.

A fantastic shop, especially for its cork products! I can wholeheartedly recommend it for these alone. Spanish cork products with a beautiful design. Whether it's a backpack, handbag, glasses case, or wallet, there's definitely something for everyone. Our purchases will certainly be a lovely reminder of our stay!

They're absolutely terrible. I went to exchange two wristbands for a voucher, and at 7:45 PM, before closing time (9:00 PM), they were standing there with the gate closed, laughing at me. When they finally opened it because they had to leave, they yelled at me and ultimately refused to give me my voucher, even though it was within the return period.
The wristbands were cute, but the service was even worse…
