TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: COUNTERFEIT ITEMS AND ILLEGAL PRACTICES

I'm writing this review after years of being an active Google Maps user and always giving positive ratings, but what happened at this jewelry store is unacceptable.

I bought a Pandora bracelet (€98) on January 22nd, and by April 16th it was completely tarnished (receipt attached).

What you should know before buying here:

1. THEY SELL COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS. In less than 3 months, the bracelet lost its original condition. They tried to "clean" it and returned it to me yellowed and dull (photos attached of both the receipt and the bracelet before cleaning).

2. They try to deceive you without regard for your legal rights. They tried to convince me that the 3-year warranty didn't apply and made excuses about "contacting the supplier." According to current Spanish law, the warranty is 3 years, and the responsibility lies with the store where I made the purchase.

3. Blaming the customer: They used absurd arguments like my "PH" (presumably referring to a specific skin type) or the use of sunscreen (In Benalmádena in April, when the sun has just come out, who uses sunscreen in January when I bought the bracelet?) to avoid taking responsibility, even though I wear other silver jewelry on the same hand that is in perfect condition.

4. Refusal of refund: After acknowledging that the piece was defective and offering me a refund over the phone, they went back on their word when I arrived at the store. They tried to force me to accept a store credit. This is ILLEGAL (they sent me photos of their sign): with a defective product that cannot be repaired, the consumer has the right to a refund, not a store credit, since I'm not returning it on a whim.

5. Absurd Obstacles: They even told me my digital receipt wasn't valid, which goes against all current commercial regulations.

It's a real shame that they try to scam people like this.

If they do this to me, a young person who knows my rights, what won't they do to an older person who doesn't know their rights? They'll undoubtedly make a fool of them.

MY ADVICE: Go to any other jewelry store where they treat you with empathy, professionalism, and, above all, where they respect the law. I will file an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency as soon as I go to the store to pick up the complaint form.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

The best service on the entire Costa del Sol! Very friendly, fast, and attentive. I went in for some adjustments to my father's watches and almost left buying something else—everything they have is incredible, I love it! Very nice-looking and pleasant people. 💯😉

They gave me a price, and after doing the work, they asked for double.
They told me €25 to cut some bracelets, but when I went to pay, they said €70. I told them that wasn't the price they quoted, and then they said €50, that it was actually €25 per bracelet.
I'll never go back.
