We recently visited Joyeria Marcos in Malaga and were totally delighted with the service received and their desire to assist us and make our shopping experience very special.

Like other reviewers we also attended in casual, but smart, summer attire for our initial visit and we greeted by Laura who was both personable and professional.

She showed me the watch I was wanting to purchase and she gave my partner and I time and space to look at the item and to try it on - I was then able to reserve the watch for 24 hours which meant we were not put under any pressure to buy it there and then - it was a considerable financial purchase and, like most people, we wanted time to decide, in private.

We returned next day, once we had made our decision, and Laura greeted us again with a huge welcome.

She was fully understanding of my need to have considered the purchase before finally buying and at no time did I feel under pressure to purchase - even on the day I returned to do so - and she gave my partner and I time to try it on again and review it, in privacy.

We were given 5 star treatment (champagne on arrival) and Laura was eager to ensure my needs were met and she was totally committed and interested in doing business.

Both Laura and Tanya (who we met on our return visit) work perfectly together as a team and made my partner and I feel welcomed and valued.

Having purchased previously from exclusive jewellers back in N. Ireland, Joyeria Malaga did not disappoint in their approach to customer care, service and delivery.

Had a great experience at the Cartier store (Marcos) in Malaga. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, Javi in particular was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. They had a really good selection of models available to try on and browse, which made the whole visit much more enjoyable than I expected.
