I want to share my experience with Pilar, the photographer and owner of the jewelry store. We had a date scheduled for the photo shoot, and when I called to remind her, she said she couldn't make it that day; it seems she doesn't keep track of it. We had already made arrangements at work. Her response was very inappropriate and offensive. She gets annoyed when you want to change something in a photo album, and for her, it's a waste of time. I don't understand it, since from the beginning she told us we could change whatever we wanted. She likes it when you don't correct her. Her responses are not very appropriate. There were many setbacks before we finally received the photo albums. I hope this helps other users. Thank you.

Awful! A friend was given an earring as a gift, and it broke as soon as he put it on because it was hollow. The jewelry store refused to give a refund or exchange it for a new one; they offered no solution whatsoever. And it wasn't cheap... Absolutely no professionalism.
