CARABINERO CARPACCIO WITH OLIVE OIL PEARLS - the best item on the menu we ordered. It looked good and looked just as good tasted – the photo speaks for itself.
SCALLOPS WITH IBERIAN PORK JOWL, BEURRE BLANC, AND TRUFFLE PEARLS - they weren't impressive in flavor; a skin formed on the sauce. And from the description, they could have been anything. We didn't even need a spoon to eat the sauce.
ANCHOVIES IN VINEGAR WITH ESCABECHE CREAM. The regular anchovies, from a jar, looked bland and tasted the same.
The restaurant has mastered the technique of making flavor pearls from various products, e.g. olive oil, truffles, etc., and it looks good.
The restaurant has a spectacular location above the port.

Fantastic food and incredible service! Mosen went above and beyond to make our night memorable – the complimentary champagne was such a lovely gesture. I’m sad I didn’t take pictures of all the food we had. We’ll definitely return!

A lovely location and cozy atmosphere with great staff. The sangria had a nice cherry after taste and was one of my favourites. We only had drinks but there where plenty of diners looking happy and the seating looks cozy.

Me and my wife had just parked from a 3h drive, waiting to check in at the AC Palacio. We thought we could relax and get a drink. The service to get seated seemed like they did not want us there but then we were treated to continued bad service. We ordered drinks and those were fine, We wanted to order food but they never came. We asked for help and they seem to ignore us. After finishing our drinks, we asked for bill which took a few minutes which was fine. I then paid in cash but they left and never came back with change. I don’t believe a 35% tip would make sense. Luckily the view of the amazing yachts and water front is lovely. The atmosphere is not bad but clearly other clients were annoyed also. Sadly, i don’t give many bad reviews but the service was just that bad. Hopefully, they can correct this for other customers.
