Her friendly attitude, patience, and genuine passion for customer service made my shopping experience truly enjoyable.

Employees like Lina are a great asset to the KARL LAGERFELD brand. Thanks to her excellent assistance, I left the store with exactly what I wanted and with a very positive impression of both the store and the outlet.

Friendly, sweet, and above all, very nice staff. They are incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond for you. We received fantastic and courteous service from Daya. What a spontaneous, fun, and sweet saleswoman she is. Daya, see you soon, when the new collection is back.

My experience at the Karl Lagerfeld store was unacceptable. The behavior of one employee was extremely unprofessional—rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking basic customer service. She showed zero respect toward customers.

Overall, she began arguing with me about the voucher and, despite clearly lacking accurate information, attempted to justify her position by pointing to a note that contained no information relevant to the matter being discussed.
