Had the most wonderful experience at La Rosilla. We did a cooking class and hiking day and everything was exceptional including the view of the mountains. Lynsey and Allan are wonderful hosts. Each dish Lynsey prepared for us was beyond amazing. The accommodations are comfortable and cosy, especially the private living room with fireplace. Would recommend this experience to everyone!

A great experience if you are staying in Malaga, we asked Lyndsey if we could have 2 Paellas cooked for us for a group of 15 people. Such great value for money and so so tasty. We ate loads and even had some left. Lyndsey and Alan were lovely to have around too! Would definitely recommend.

Yesterday my parents and I went to La Rosilla, and may I just say, it was the highlight of our trip. After having done a very fast paced tour of Andalucía, sitting down on Lynseys terrace and enyoying the sound of the birds chirping, with the sun on our faces, all while eating and drinking to our hearts content, couldn't have been better timed. It truly is a lyfestyle and food experience, learning not only about the food meca of Colmenar, but also about how it is to be a foreigner in a small town and the connection to Spanish neighbours and customs.
If you have time to adventure in the mountains for a day, I would truly recommend La Rosilla, everything you can wish for she will help.

We had so much fun cooking the paella, Lynsey was wonderful and we are excited to start cooking our own paella at home from what we have learned. We will be back for the bread making experience next time! The house and area is so beautiful! We highly recommend.

Our experience at La Rosilla was everything that we could have wanted and more. We did the tapas and sherry class and had so much fun! The dishes were delicious, the views impeccable, and the people behind La Rosilla are beautiful inside and out. Would totally come back again.
