fabulous lunch here, from chef’s (joao) suggestions, special of the day, you have to ask for it, super quality, great prices, croquettas, fresh tuna on hot stone, stuffed buratta, pork loin with pepper sauce, grilled veg, baked potatoe, etc, friendly service.
we returned two days in a row. 10/10.

We have been coming to La Taberna now for a couple of months - originally for the English Breakfast that actually is excellent! The past couple of weeks we’ve ventured into the lovely daytime menu - from tapas to Beef Entrecot to Special Burger - zumo de naranja - absolutely delicious - the best food we have had in Torrox Costa. The staff are so friendly and polite and chatty and make us feel like family. We love the place and would more than highly recommend it to every visitor to Torrox Costa 🌸

Had the most delicious lunch today . Prepared by the gifted chef Joao the food was amazing. The staff are so friendly and give the best advise on what to eat . We love to go there it’s pet friendly and very welcoming. Alvaro and Gloria are engaging and good fun while busy doing their work. We will be back

This is a beautiful friendly family run bar and restaurant. Joao the chef produces wonderful dishes. He always has a special off the menu dish which are amazing. Been visiting regularly sometimes just for a tapas and sometimes for dinner. Never been disappointed 😎
