(Taxation) I would highly recommend Raymond and his legal practice to anyone who is stressed or overwhelmed with any legal difficulty. My taxation problem of the 3% retention refund from the Spanish Tax Office had been dragging on for over two years due to my conveyancing lawyer not following through on my application. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. Within two weeks Raymond obtained the necessary information on the status of my refund claim and guided me through the remaining process necessary to finalise the matter. I have now received my refund from the Spanish Tax Office.

I could not recommend Mr. Nesbitt and staff more highly. My Spanish is not much beyond Hola, and I know zero legal Spanish. It was tremendously comforting to speak in English. I saw that his articles were so clearly written and concise, in International Living. I gave him a call. Good choice, the extensive paperwork and documents were completed In less than six weeks. He filed my investor (golden) visa application less than 48 hours before the program was terminated. I was accepted, and he was kind enough not to charge extra for the rush job. I’m enjoying my oceanfront condominium and his staff is still working hard to obtain my residence digital ID card!!
A word to the technically challenged. You’re going to have to sign many documents, often on each page. I discovered about halfway through the process that the labor of printing, signing and re-scanning, and attaching to emails could be cut by 90%. I used an iPad with an electric pencil. I reviewed the document for errors, electronically signed and returned the email to Mr. Nesbitt‘s office In a minute or so!
He was kind enough to speak to me extensively before a penny of his reasonable fees were paid. Don’t hesitate to call his office. I am so glad that I did.

Highly recommended. Raymundo helped me over the course of a few years from when I selected to buy a property off-plan to finally getting the keys. While you may be advised that you don’t need a solicitor in Spain for property transactions, I was so glad I used this firm as the clear explanations of what was going on and the help when things got complex was invaluable.
