Fantastic restaurant with exceptional service and real attention to detail. The food is delicious and beautifully prepared using high-quality local produce, and every dish feels thoughtful and well balanced. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect place to really enjoy the experience. A standout spot in Torremolinos highly recommended. The house Red was perfect and the calm relaxed atmosphere meant we returned the following night to eat here again.

The staff truly stand out — the waiters are incredibly polite, attentive, and professional, making you feel like a valued guest.

The service is outstanding: everything is served quickly, neatly, and with genuine care. The restaurant is spotless, with a stylish and well-maintained interior. And the sea view is simply breathtaking, especially in the evening.

There is also a beautiful, spacious terrace with a stunning view of the sea — the perfect spot to relax and fully enjoy the experience.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and it turned out to be the most enjoyable lunch of our holiday. La Tierra is perched high on the steps up toward Calle San Miguel in Torremolinos with fantastic views over the coast. Inside the restaurant is nicely decorated and has comfortable seating. We ordered baked Norwegian salmon and American style ribs in BBQ sauce. Both dishes were nicely presented served piping hot and were very good. For dessert we chose a baked mixed berry cheesecake and a lemon dessert that was set a lite at the table with rum, again both were very good. The service was very professional throughout and based on our experience we would not hesitate to return again in the future.

This review should have been about the wonderful meal we enjoyed, instead it is about this... they charged us 2€ per person for bread service which they give automatically. This is occurring in many restaurants now, and was not surprising. But without asking they served us two dipping bowls of olive oil with the bread, and then charged us another 3.50€ for that. That cost them a star on this review, and we tried another restaurant later in the week rather than return.

This is a tale of two halves, the setting is lovely overlooking the sea front a height, the food for the most was well presented, well seasoned and very flavourful however the vegetables with my wife’s lamb were cold (maybe just plated too early before the lamb was ready).
The service mostly was slow, very slow, our male waiter seemed too annoyed to be interrupted, when offered bread we said yes, then offered olive oil, I asked if possible for butter, he said they had none, a restaurant than doesn’t have butter!! That’s only a personal issue, his manner in general was sharp, abrupt and disingenuous.
On the other hand a young waitress was so pleasant, polite and helpful we made a point of letting her know before leaving she brightened our experience compared to the waiter we had.
In general, good food, slow service nice location, hopefully you get a nicer waiter.
