Excellent!! I brought in a party dress that had been worn out months after the wedding. It had yellow stains that I didn't think would ever come out, and these girls made it look brand new!! A million thanks.
I was furious. I handed over a suit, consisting of a jacket and trousers, for cleaning, paying the corresponding fee.
At the time of delivery, the garment was in good condition, with no burns or visible damage, as confirmed by the attendant.
When I went to pick up the suit, the establishment informed me that it hadn't been cleaned because, according to them, the trousers had burns supposedly caused by a household iron.
This claim is completely false, as I don't even own an iron and the suit was delivered without any damage whatsoever.
Furthermore, they informed me of situations unrelated to me (alleged fraudulent deliveries by other people), indirectly implying similar actions on my part, which I find unacceptable.
They finally refunded my payment, but returned the suit with damage to the trousers that wasn't present at the time of delivery.
They told me that everything was recorded by the security cameras, and I told them they could review it without any problem since it was their mistake.
I will never take anything to this dry cleaner again.
I took in a jacket I was going to throw away and they made it look brand new, very fast and at a good price. I highly recommend them.
