This is my fourth time getting my nails done by Leydi, and I have to say I love it. She does amazing work and is fast; she can do any design I bring her without any problem. I'm very happy going to her.

The nail service was fine, but the overall experience left much to be desired.

They charged me an extra €2 for paying by card. I wasn't informed of this practice beforehand, and that's unacceptable. If they refuse this type of payment, simply inform customers and put up a "cash only" sign.

Furthermore, they asked me to cancel my appointment on Booksy to avoid the platform's commission, which means I can't leave a negative review directly on the app. I find this salon's practices completely unacceptable.
