Leonardo Hotel Fuengirola Costa Del Sol

We had to change rooms as our first one had the top of a cut toenail on our bathroom floor and also the fan in the bedroom was making an awful loud noise. At first they were just going to get housekeeping in again but eventually we got a new room. We had paid for a superior room but I’m not sure what the difference was as the photos that were shown to me for a ‘superior room’ were much nicer than the ones we got especially the bathroom, I feel like that part was definitely a waste of money. We had gotten a disabled bathroom both times (we did not have use for one) and the floors were just constantly wet and slippy and sinks don’t seem to be very sturdy. I can’t fault the buffet breakfast or the location as both were really great!! We were just very disappointed with the bedrooms/bathrooms.

Leonardo Hotel Fuengirola was a great choice and offered very good value for money.

The location is superb, with easy access to the seafront, restaurants, bars and everything I wanted during my stay. The staff were also super friendly throughout, which made the experience feel welcoming from the start.

The room was great: clean, comfortable and well presented. The only small downside for me was that the bed was a little firm, but that is personal preference rather than a major issue.

Overall, a very good hotel in an excellent location, well priced, and somewhere I’d happily stay again.

Very Smart hotel with marbel floor, nice and upmarket, but with nice friendly people. Very big and spacious hotel, with 3 bars.

Hotel is literally less than 100mtr to the front, and slap bang near some real good night life spot. Really happy, rooms was good with a walk-in shower, and choice of heads to use ( normal or rain head)

Good hotel overall and the stay went well.

However, checkout was at 11:00, and housekeeping entered my room around 10:00 without knocking. This is not acceptable and should be addressed, as guest privacy must be respected. Other than that, everything was good

Its weird to find no amentities at all in 4 star hotel. Nothing in bathroom at all. Also no hair consitioneer, no balsam, no shampoo, nothing. Just some kind of cheap soap for everything. Thats very very bad.
Rooms windows are shaking badly during higher wind, its nightmare at night to sleep if there are wind outside.
Also, i dont understand things like promoting ‘fresh juice’ but actually it is 3/4 water and maybe 1/4 fresh juice as you barely can feel the taste. Thats a pity as breakfast are quite good, but some little things makes it poorer than it is actually is.
Also, nowhere to dry your clothes.
All in all, i would say maybe not great, not terrible.
