They are irresponsible. I went to request a consultation and they told me the person who was supposed to see me was in a meeting. They asked for my mobile number and name. They said they would call me the next day to schedule an appointment, but they never did. I also found it rude of the two women who were helping me to be discussing my case amongst themselves in another language. I will not be returning to that law firm.
