A unique library, right on the seafront promenade. It only has three tables with four seats each, so it's likely to be packed during exam periods. It's rather noisy, as people come more to borrow books and read than to study, so don't expect the quiet of a typical library. Outside, there's a lovely garden and picnic area with sea views. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the reception inside is unreliable. As for the books, they have a decent selection considering it's not overly large. I recommend a visit. In summer, it's only open in the mornings.
