I agree with the bad reviews about the staff. Its a shame because I love the brand but the women that work there are super unfriendly. Was already heading to try on a dress when one sales woman asked me in a very rude tone and look if I knew how italian sizes work lol and if I was sure I had the right size because in her opinion I needed a bigger one. Seriously? She definitely needs a customer service training and considering all the reviews you need new staff or otherwise you will make 0 sales. After they way she talked to me ofc I didnt try the dress anymore and left. Proceeded to Patrizia Pepe where the staff was amazingly kind and spent my money happily there :)

Very unfriendly and unresponsive staff. When their card readers didn't function they advised me to go away and come back in 15 minutes. They then still hadnt figured out how to resolve their issue. When I then decided to pay cash they made it a point to give me the smallest coins and even when requested refused to use the one and two € coins in the register... Customer orientation courses would be useful....

I have been in the Liu jo men's section outlet in Malaga and I was treated wery badly by the italian clerc, because I tried 4 different pants (he made it clear that according to him, it was too many and I should not try any more). Why do you sell clothes if it bothers you that the customer try before buying?
The last pair I tried would have been perfect in the right size, but by then the guy had lost interest didn't bother to get the right size from the back for me so we left. Will not be coming back.
