This place has amazing food! Or at least the pinchos we tried were very delicious! The server was really trying to get us to try some of their bigger meals and daily specials, but sadly our Spanish is poor and we have a tight budget, as raciones can get pretty pricey there. The atmosphere is nice, it just gets busy extremely fast, and we had a baby with us, so we felt like we are in everyone's way. Highly recommend

The Eastern district stretches along the coast from La Malagueta beach to the village-like fishing quarter of El Palo. Fantastic selection of modern and typical tapas along with main meals and daily specials.
The grilled scallops with ham, cheese and white sauce was excellent.
The stand out dishes for me was the Smoked sardine toast..a bit of everything.. smoke, sweet, fresh, crispy.. yummy.
The duck brioche was also excellent.. very rich and delicious. Mini burger again tremendous. Good quality ingredients and everything perfectly cooked.
The service is excellent.. and the bread was excellent.
Has to be one of the best restaurants in El Palo. Food is consistently excellent whether you have fish or meat and the service is the best. Go early (8.30pm) or make a reservation.
The girls on the floor are super and so very friendly.
And the fish options are superb
Good to see Thomas back in action after so many good years in La Mensula until the dreaded COVID forced foreclosure
Nov a pleasant terrace and bar area means business as usual
Great fish jamon as per photo , superb ragout with a truffle flavoured light pasta , good meat kebabs and mini meat rolls , matured cheese is amazing and the grilled mushrooms topped with prawns are a must
The millefleurs dessert is homemade and a great way to finish a pleasant lunch
Great diner, very authentic Spanish, also with dishes from the northern part of Spain. Nice staff, good atmosphere, looking forward to come back!
