I am devastated because I thought I had found my forever flower shop....Changing my review from a 5 star to one star because of my partner's experience yesterday. My husband asked on WhatsApp if they still had white lilies and roses and if they can recreate a very specific bouquet which they confirmed they can, after he arrived to the shop he found out none of the things he requested were there and they ended up making super tiny bouquet not at all similar to what he had asked and charged him 75€ for it with 6 roses , which I believe is so unfair and overpriced even if it is valentine's, he would usually get the bouquet elsewhere where they prepare it bigger for 60€ or the same size for 30€ but he wanted to get them here because I told him this is my favorite flower shop....not anymore... No consideration no transparency absolutely disappointed honestly. I feel bad that he has to pay 75€ and not at all for what he had asked

Did not even bother put it in a box as they usually do NOR remove the spikes from the roses which ended up hurting me hand. What a shame honestly for me who saw their good work for less. I have made multiple orders and recommended this place to many people which I now regret

My boyfriend ordered me the most beautiful flowers from LOFT that he had delivered after a proposal in Malaga! I was devastated leaving them behind when we left but so enjoyed them. They were gorgeous and beautifully packaged!
