We were drawn in by the high Google reviews and the number of Los Marangos locations scattered around Málaga. The atmosphere looked great, so we assumed the food would be amazing too.

The service was excellent our waitress was friendly and welcoming, and we were given a complimentary bread basket with olives. The paella for two was reasonably priced at €25, but unfortunately, it was a little average. That said, the sepia/squid tapas were delicious and I would definitely recommend them.

Overall, I think this is a great place to eat if you do not mind the food being more in line with chain-restaurant quality.

A delightful place in the heart of Malaga. The food is reasonably priced and quite heart-warming and filling for a tired trio traipsing around the south of Spain! Special mention to our young and chirpy server, Julietta, who was very sweet and charming. She even brought us aperitifs on the house after we finished our meal! All in all, a lovely first meal in Malaga!

Had a great meal here today. Sizzling tapas to begin then I had an octopus platter that was presented beautifully with small peppers and potatoes with a tasty sauce. A generous portion would be an understatement….it was huge…the two octopus tentacles were tender and moist and well flavoured. Our waiter was David…he spoke with me at my my level of Spanish which I enjoyed because I practice as much as I can. I think you’ll enjoy it here. I have visited two locations and both were excellent with friendly staff. thanks David..

The service inside was very nice. The one outside always rolled her eyes when new guests arrived and they asked for tables... the food was very good! The Paella for 2 is more than enough! Prices are fair.
