I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I brought in a dress that was very stained. The employee warned me that they couldn't guarantee the stains would come out completely (understandable). When I picked it up, not only was it almost as dirty as before, but the WORST part was the terrible service from one of the employees (whose name I won't mention due to data protection laws). Rude, arrogant, and condescending. I told her that if she didn't like customer service, she should do something else. I filed a complaint.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

I've had several negative experiences. Stains that won't come out, clothes that don't get as clean as you'd expect from a dry cleaner. The last time was the final straw; I'm never going back. I took a blazer in, which didn't come out clean either, but the worst part is that it came unstitched while they were washing it, and they patched it up without saying a word. Not only did they sew the blazer up without a word, but they didn't even apologize and they charged me for the cleaning! Just like that... it's unbelievable.

Terrible service, poor customer service, and a complete lack of empathy.
We got married. We left a shirt to be washed and ironed, and a dress to be dry cleaned and ironed. They returned the shirt and dress wrinkled like accordions.
They offered no solution, and another business in the same franchise, without even seeing the condition of the clothes, questioned our word. Obviously, they didn't offer a solution either. I don't recommend wasting your money on this company only to have your clothes ruined. Photos attached.

I brought in a white tuxedo jacket with a barely noticeable makeup stain. They told me it might not come out, and I agreed, but they returned it to me burned in two places. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

I can't give it zero stars, otherwise I would. I took my jacket in on Thursday, May 8th, to have it cleaned by May 18th. They told me they were very busy but that it would be ready by Friday the 16th, which was fine. I paid for the cleaning, and today when I went to pick it up, I saw that it had the same stains as before. When I told the saleswoman, she told me to bring it back on Monday, but of course I need it for my son's christening on the 18th. It's outrageous, unprofessional, and shoddy. DON'T GO THERE!!! They haven't even bothered to give me a refund. Shameful.
