About the neighbourhood: Distrito Centro

Well, tomorrow I'll be forced to visit this shop. I'm giving it five stars because I hope everything goes smoothly. I'm expecting an order for which I paid shipping to be delivered to my home. But GLS has deliberately assigned your location as a collection point (by the way, there are many others much closer to my house). It's becoming common practice for transport companies to delegate packages to parcel shops under the pretext that we're not home or to collection points we never selected. In the end, this often causes more than one problem for the customer, who is paying for a service they don't receive.
Extended opening hours (open even on Sunday mornings), possibility of collecting packages from couriers such as Celeritas or Correos Express, document printing, stationery... but the most outstanding thing, the kindness and friendliness of the two brothers.
