My husband and I got "sport" massages. Reservation was made via phone which was very easy and responsive.
The masseuse asked how we wanted the massage and we both said firm. Both of ours started off extremely extremely extremely light. So we asked if she could please have them deeper. This resulted both of them doing it extremely fast and not being in touch with our bodies of where knots were. On top, they applied way too much oil which meant we felt very little except the fast speed they moved their hands back and forth. It truly felt like they only understood theoretically what a massage was but not what it actually is in practice, and were both very inexperienced. Hopefully they learn from this experience and get better in the future. With that said, I don't plan on returning
