About the neighbourhood: Málaga-Este

The Eastern district stretches along the coast from La Malagueta beach to the village-like fishing quarter of El Palo. It contains some of the city's most distinctive areas: La Malagueta (urban beach next to the port), Pedregalejo (palm-lined seafront paseo, traditional espetos), El Palo (working fishing community and casual chiringuitos), and El Limonar / Cerrado de Calderón (residential hillside with sea views). Local buses 11 and 34 connect the entire strip to the city centre. The seafront promenade is continuous and walkable end-to-end.

SCAM ALERT!!

We showed up 10 minutes early for our sunset boat ride, only to be told by one of the staff members to “come back in 30 minutes” because the boat was waiting. When we returned—even earlier than suggested—we were told we had missed the boat.

Unbelievable.

We explained that we were following the instructions their own staff gave us, but they refused to help. No refund, no reschedule, no accountability. Just a shrug and “nothing we can do.”

This company is a joke. Completely unprofessional and careless. They’ll take your money and leave you standing on the dock.

Avoid this company at all costs. Don’t let them ruin your day like they did ours.

We took a nice 90-minute boat trip (18:00-19:30). This time around February is highly recommended, as you can see the sunset beautifully! A tip is to wear something warm! It cost €25 p.p., but we thought it was well worth it! There was also music on board!

In three words: Technical, professional, and fun. Thanks, Nino, it was an instructive 24-hour crossing with a fast return (8 knots).

My sincerest congratulations to Nino and Jose for their great professionalism and friendly service.

It was a real pleasure sailing with them, learning and enjoying ourselves at the same time.

I did the practical sailing exercises before taking the theory exam and passed it with ease.

As for the boat, what can I say?... I had never sailed on a catamaran before, and I have to say it was amazing!
Besides being very well maintained, clean, and equipped, the feeling you get on board is incredible.

It was an unforgettable few days of sailing.

Again, CONGRATULATIONS and thank you so much!

I completed the 48-hour practical training course with them, extending my PER (Recreational Skipper's License) and exceeding my expectations. José was our captain, and he's a fantastic professional. We learned everything we needed to know and more (thanks for your patience!). We learned how to handle the sails, dock, use radar, AIS, and radio... You couldn't ask for more. We even learned how to navigate in fog with low visibility. Beyond the professional aspects, I must highlight the captain's exceptional character; we felt right at home (and the music on board was fantastic!). Don't hesitate to contact them if you're thinking about doing some practical training or a pleasure trip. Thanks for everything, José and Nino.
