A disappointing experience
My experience with this company has been very disappointing, and frankly, I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received.
Throughout the entire contract, we have had numerous problems. First, the wallpaper in my children's room was hung incorrectly, and despite reporting it, no solution has been offered to fix it.
In the master bedroom, they made mistakes three times with the wallpaper we had chosen. It was also hung incorrectly in the living room.
And finally, we contracted them for carpentry work. A bathroom vanity costing close to €2,000, and our disappointment has been even greater. The bathroom vanity, which has barely been used three times, has developed a stain due to a problem with the finish. However, the company is washing its hands of the matter and telling us that the warranty doesn't cover it, offering no solution other than for us to pay for it again.
What disappoints us most is not just the mistakes, but the lack of response and solutions to problems that we believe they should take responsibility for and resolve as a company.
It's a real shame that, after trusting them and making a significant investment, we're left with the feeling that the only thing that matters is getting paid, and that once the job is done, the client becomes secondary.
I would not use their services again, nor would I recommend them.
