Because I can't give fewer stars, the service was unenthusiastic, not even a greeting upon entering or leaving, with little desire to help and annoying if you ask for anything, which is truly unfortunate.

Good evening! This morning I was in this store and there were two sales assistants. One of them told me they didn't have the size I was looking for. We left, and after a while I returned and decided to ask a younger sales assistant who was there. She was very kind and polite, checked the available sizes, and told us they had the one we were looking for. I found it very upsetting that less than an hour earlier they told us they didn't have our size, unless the sales assistant was mistaken... although I know it's happened more than once today. Honestly, I don't understand how they can say they don't have our size when there are seven, according to the last sales assistant who helped us. I thank her for her courtesy, treatment, and kindness. But I'm outraged by what happened!
