This is quite nice spot for kids. l have been pretty worried cause doors to underground parking always opened and it is not safe to leave kid for playing around. You should always be aware...The shopping seems empty and kind of abandoned 😔
Anyway it not bad for skipping there in rainy 🌧 afternoon.

Terrible!!! I'd give it fewer stars if I could. All the balls were on the trampoline and none on the slide, which was a real danger. When they came to charge €8 for nothing, I told them, but they didn't care and wouldn't even let us see if our little one wanted to stay or not. Complete lack of maintenance on something meant for children. Very disappointed!!!

I went into the parking lot just to use the bathroom. I asked the girl (Colombian, who was working the pool hall cashier) for the code, but she refused and said it was for customers only. Seriously? She acted like she owned the place, when she was just selling chips. Totally unpleasant behavior. She could have been nicer.

Today I went to this place with my son because four months ago they gave us two cards for free use of the ball pit for one child. Imagine our surprise when, upon handing over the card, they told us it wasn't valid, that those cards had expired over a year ago, even though I'd only received mine four months prior while having coffee. They then tried to charge us €8 because my son had used the ball pit. The cards didn't even have an expiration date, and we had gone there specifically to use them. To top it all off, when we asked for a complaint form, they gave us a fake one, not the official one from the Andalusian Regional Government. Be very careful with this place because they treat their customers like fools. We certainly won't be returning.

They charged us €8 for the two minutes my daughter spent in the ball park. It's unbelievable. Nowhere did it say we had to pay, nor was there anyone monitoring the park.
The park area was completely broken and dirty.
Since you force people to pay without informing you first, you could provide better service and keep the facilities more well-maintained.
