Excellent service when buying the car. 6 months later we tried to sell the car to another dealer who falsely claimed that the car had been in an accident. Marbesol had the car assessed by Renault and the car thankfully is in perfect condition. (No Accident) The ladies at Marbesol handled the situation professionally and quickly.

We purchased a Fiat Panda from Marbesol more than a year ago and have driven over 20,000 km since then. The car still runs fine and has not caused us any surprises or unexpected expenses. The purchasing process was comfortable and easy, communication was great, and everything went smoothly.

Two women running the company, who know nothing about cars. Upon arrival, one person was on the phone, we were seriously interested in a car. She didn't greet us, we were ignored. We asked for a test drive, but unfortunately that was not possible, we had to come back the following week. The lady probably wanted to go home. Despite the unpleasant experience, we returned the following week to give the company a second chance. This time we were helped by another lady. While we had announced in advance that we wanted to take a test drive, the car was unfortunately not ready yet. After the test drive we asked a few specific questions about the car. The lady knew nothing about the car and couldn't answer any questions. For example, the steering position was incorrect and the car had to be aligned. She didn't understand what alignment was. There was a worn spot in the (convertible) roof. They managed to “repair” this. She was also unable to answer the question of how they were going to fix this. The car dates from 2018, but when opening the hood we saw parts from 2015. The women could not explain this either. This car has clearly been tampered with. Negotiations were very difficult. They didn't want to drop the price. We finally agreed and asked the lady to record the agreements (including the advance payment) by email. She refused this. “I am the seller and not you,” was her response. She concluded her message by stating that the car had already been sold, while the car is still offered for sale today. They are not honest people. I'll never come back here again. We have now bought another car, which we are very happy with.

I have decided to buy a car from Marbesol and I couldn't have made a better decision. They offer really good prices for the Spanish second hand auto market, the cars are all in very good condition with no hidden damages. I have been thoroughly informed of all the preparation it takes to put a car on sale and the person at the reception has answered all my questions without hesitation. Everything went smoothly in the buying process, Marbesol took care of the documents and everything. Definitely recommend!
