I like the park but it could be made a bit more intetesting without much cost.
María Zambrano was an essay writer and philosopher born in 1904 here in Vélez-Málaga. This park is a nice commemoration for her as there is a monumental wall painting and lots of quotes all around the walking paths.
Superb park in Velez Malaga which is beautifully maintained There is a pond with ducks and large play areas for children. There is also petanque areas. Lots of trees which are named plus boards outlining birds to be seen. Plenty of benches to rest on.
