MI PILATES MÁLAGA

I had not a good experience at this pilates center. It's not about the quality of the class, but about unprofessional business management. A friend of mine recommended this place to me. Nobody from the center spoke to me prior to the first visit. I had no information about their policies. There was no written waver signed prior to start the introductory "placement" session. I wasn't notified in advance either that it has a separate cost, apart from the monthly fee. Only after the the placement session ended, I was told that it was a formal private class and I have to pay €40 for it.
To my surprise, the management told me: "We thought your friend told you about it". This looked like they relied their job on a person that doesn't even work there. Which is highly unprofessional and misleading. I was not left any other option but paying the fee I was not informed about/ready for. That is a hidden fee. And a prospective client has to know about. They took their responsibility off of their shoulders and placed it on a person who has nothing to do with this business. Very unprofessional.
I will not return to Mi Pilates Málaga.

I am very satisfied with the professional support from Mi Pilates Malaga. I was diagnosed with
a spinal disc herniation that was making my life really tough. However, since the instructor Juan showed me a daily routine, my life quality has been significally increased.

They are great professionals. They provide completely personalized attention, correcting posture, breathing, and connection at all times. The space consists of several rooms with machines that we cycle through each week.

I'm very happy, I recommend it 100%. The center is very clean and the staff is friendly. I especially want to thank all the instructors, particularly Alex. He's a true professional who explains each exercise very well and is always attentive to his students. I feel right at home.

I haven't been going for very long, I switched from mat Pilates at another studio to machine Pilates here, and I'm happy. It has great facilities, you usually move between rooms and machines, there's a maximum of six people per class, the instructors correct your posture, and you make the most of the class time without distractions. I recommend it.
