I had an amazing experience with Minarent!

Fast airport pickup: They picked me up from Málaga Airport very quickly, which was super convenient.
Unbeatable price: This was the cheapest car rental I’ve ever had – only €16 for 5 days!
Car details: I booked a Ford Focus but received a Citroën C3 instead. It was quite slow, but it had CarPlay and Android Auto, which made up for everything. Perfect for a solo trip and got me everywhere I needed to go.
Smooth return: Returning the car was just as easy. I arrived, and a staff member immediately drove me back to the airport in the same car. No lengthy checks – I was back in no time.
Deposit: The deposit hold disappeared from my credit card within 2 days, which was impressively fast.

Tip: When picking up the car, I made sure to take good photos and videos of all existing damages, just to be safe.
Overall, I would definitely rent from Minarent again when traveling from the Netherlands to this region. Highly recommended!

Forget about Malagacar etc. Everything was perfect. No deposit, very good prices, the car was brought to my hotel and picked up from here. The car was new (1000km) and I also received a free upgrade - automatic car. Also the staff is professional.Thank you and good luck in the future.

Pick up and car was fine but no-one there to drop off. After calling and being told a number of lies someone turned up half an hour late without any apology or sense of urgency as we were now late for our flight. The guy was extremely rude and drove agressively and without care. When we said we'd leave a bad review he threatened to have us banned from Doyouspain!

Most hated car-rental company.
The staff can take up to 2-3 hours to pick you up at the airport, so we took a bolt to their office to get our car. Their standard phone number does not work, and they don’t care.
Good customer service? No se existe senior!

Thank you for very service minded customer service. I experienced flexible and honest and smooth communication via WhatsApp. as well as timely and friendly encounters with the people from Minarent in Malaga. The car was fine too. :)
