Spectacular experience — a true must-visit. If you skip this, you’re honestly missing out on one of the best cultural and wine experiences in the area.

Freddie was an exceptional guide and host. She was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially considering we walked in as a drop in.
Her knowledge and passion for the region made the entire experience come alive.

The museum itself is fantastic — a perfect blend of winery history, the story of Ronda, and the rich culture of the region. It’s informative without ever feeling heavy, and the storytelling really elevates everything.

And of course, the wine… outstanding. A great introduction to what Ronda has to offer, and a reminder of how special this region is. Great to chat with other visitors.

Highly recommend — we’d go back in a heartbeat

Such a great experience! Stumbled across the botega whilst walking around and was so glad we decided to go in! €7 for a wine tasting with incredible local wines. Not only was the interior very beautiful, our waitress Frederica was extremely knowledgable and helpful and also spoke multiple languages. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Ronda! Not to be missed, I would even call it a hidden gem.

Amazing experience! The wine tasting was 10 euros for unlimited tasting of 3 different wines and the host also brought out some snacks. I also tried a cured meat platter which was delicious and the museum was very cool! The host was very sweet, the tasting was a great deal and overall a great experience!

We got there almost at closing time, yet Federica took the time to explain everything about the wines, the region, the history. We had a wonderful tasting of fabulous local wines, including Garnacha, rosé, and Sherry.!!!!!

Highly recommend.

Loved our wine tasting experience here. The lady was extremely knowledgeable and shared lots of history about wine and Ronda in general. It was fun serving our own wines from the barrel and we loved the pirate museum also. She even gave us lunch recommendations which we are now enjoying!
