The motorcycle had a small problem: when it was stopped and you accelerated, it would jerk. I took it in once… they told me the motorcycle was perfect, that they had tested it (I don't believe it, because they would have noticed the jerking instantly). Even so, they cleaned it a little… and of course, they charged me even though the motorcycle came out the same as when I brought it in. I took it back again, emphasizing that the problem persisted. They changed the spark plug and again told me the motorcycle was running perfectly. I left the shop 80 euros poorer, and the motorcycle was still the same. To top it all off, they broke a bracket on the front fairing. Honestly, I don't think they even cared. I took it to another shop, and the motorcycle came out spotless.
Great workshop, I highly recommend them.
They are very professional.
In my case, David repaired my motorcycle after an accident and made it look brand new.
They really care about their customers.
MariLuz, the receptionist, is a wonderful person.
