We signed another purchase agreement at this notary's office today. This time it was the notary, Pablo. Everything was sorted out in under an hour and a half. The office is quiet and hassle-free. The notary was very friendly and thorough with all the details of the signing, keeping both the buyer and seller informed. With the subway construction, it's a bit tricky to get there now, but it's fine. Highly recommended!

DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to waste time and money and be treated like dirt. We were told our document would take a couple of days to be signed. After weeks of calling, a month later they told us to come in to sign the document (all different employees than the ones who had helped us the rest of the time). They arrived 2 HOURS late, and I had to cancel the job. The following week, when the final document was finally ready, I asked for a discount, and they had the nerve to tell me it "had to be ready today at 1 p.m." (they hadn't given me a time to pick it up, just the day). And after 1 MONTH! In the end, we didn't get a discount, we wasted time and money, and they treated us with disrespect. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES.
