Awesome. Very customer service oriented which is a challenge to find in Spain. I have talked to both Rocio and Natalya and they have answered questions and helped me get authorizations for some of the treatments I needed. They both speak English, a plus. If I renew my policy with DKV they are a major part of that decision.
