The views are great everything you need is provided. One thing that definitely needs changed/upgraded is the beds I think that may have been the worst 2 nights sleep of my life. My backs breaking I’m 18 and woke up feeling like I’m in my late 70s fs so yeah I think I would rather sleep outside maccies at 4 corners.

Staff really friendly and even got upgraded. Accommodation is immaculately clean and has everything you need. Beautiful sunrise and sunset!
Location is great as you are near Nerja and Frigiliana but I would recommend having a car. To top it off there our some cute cats they look after very well!

Very well maintained appartment blocks (24 per block a phantastic view and nice large swimming pools with free beds around the pools.
If you enter fresh blankets and towels are there and floors cleaned. Warm water is frequently interrupted by cold water when you take a shower and not all the heaters of the furnace worked.

We have booked through Wowcher, and even though the information regarding reception wasn’t provided, we checked the website and it says clearly that reception is separate from the apartments and we found it without problems, moreover, the lovely receptionist has helped us with everything we needed and she is very kind.
The apartment we got given was so spacious, included sea view, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, massive balcony and everything looked and smelt very clean. We had washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave with all the kitchen utensils.(literally anything you’d need in your own house) If you have a car, there is a car park on-site, details about this will be provided at the reception.We came here for a short break and we absolutely loved it! The location, the apartment, the people, views.. everything was 10/10 and we will 100% return.
We rented a car as we wanted to travel around but even if we would’ve not had a car, the 3 days we stayed were enough for us to enjoy the amazing view of the sea, mountains, beautiful houses and the amazing colours December has brought in Spain!

The apartment which we were given at the end was spacious and comfortable, and despite small flaws of the holiday apartments complex, which seems to be owned by this one company, I would have given a high rate (The state of this holiday apartment complex was not perfect, for example only 1 out of 5 showers in the swimming pool area was working, the Jacuzzi was closed and not accessible during our whole stay, and the toilets in the swimming pool area were closed – if you needed to pee, you had to go back to the apartment). However! Unfortunately, I had to fight to get what I paid for. At the check-in we were told that we were “upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment, with the same standard as we paid for”, but in reality we were downgraded to much older, with low standard and simply dirty apartment (for example with stains on the bed cover and towels). After raising this mistake, we were offered to be transferred to a new apartment “with the higher standard” (so finally with the same standard as advertised and shown on the pictures of the offer) but with the additional extra fees to be paid by us.
At the end, we got an apartment of the standard which we paid for at the first place, but only after we referred to our rights and EU law.
Additionally, they provided us with the date and time of apartment cleaning when the cleaning service was supposed to also change the bed sheets and towels, which they didn’t respect. No one came to clean the apartment, with zero explanation. So on that day we ended up with dirty/humid towels (as knowing that the cleaning service would come, we gathered all the towels in the bath-tube to facilitate the work of the cleaning person). When we contacted the number provided during the check-in, the only solution which was proposed to us, was that WE drive to their office in the middle of our dinner to pick-up the clean towels. That person on the phone refused to come and provide us clean towels, just told us that he will wait 15 min for us to drive to their office.
All those situations left us with extremely negative impression and doubts about highly questionable practices of this rental company. It felt like we had to fight to get what we paid for and at the end we still didn’t get it, which is very unfortunate, because apartment itself was nice.
Too bad that the service is so terrible, because the way we were treated definitely negatively impacted our holidays not letting us fully relax, and for sure in the next years I will look for other places, to not come back here.
