This developer doesn't take responsibility for many of the issues with their properties, rejecting claims for absurd reasons. In our case, one of the defects is that one of the wardrobe doors opens by itself because the track is uneven. They rejected this claim, alleging it was due to misuse of the wardrobe, even though less than two months had passed since we took possession of the property (and we hadn't even used the wardrobe).
Another issue is a chip in the enamel of the sink, a defect we reported just a few days after moving in. They rejected it, claiming we caused it ourselves.
We have other defect claims that have been open for months and haven't even been reviewed yet, such as a rather large scratch on another wardrobe door. It seems that if you don't report all the defects on the day of delivery, they reject them and blame you, which is impossible with the chaos of moving and so many details to check. Furthermore, they themselves stated before we signed that we could report the defects without worry.
