Great experience buying an acoustic guitar here. Pepe was a huge help with finding exactly what I wanted from their excellent selection of guitars. Will definitely return for strings and other supplies I need.

Shop has a great atmosphere

I have mixed feelings about this place. I mean, the selection of goods is great and customer service is regular, not the worst but certainly not good... I went to get a flamenco guitar, specifically an Alhambra guitar with cutaway, I tried 2, one with a thick body and the other one with a thin one. Believe it or not, the thin body one sounded fuller and, to my taste, better.

Now the actual problem in terms of customer service: so when I plugged the guitar (the thin body one I mentioned above) into an amp, it was making a hum noise, I told the seller that I was really interested in the guitar yet the hum that was producing needed to be fixed before I would take it. The guy said that will have it checked. I thought that they were going to do it on the spot yet after a 10 to 15m of waiting I asked again, the guy told me that the guitar tech will look into it throughout the day and that next day I was gonna be called to go and pick up the guitar so ok, I provided my phone and so other personal details. Next day came, didn't receive any call so I called them, nobody knew about my case. Spoke to couple of guys over the phone, both new nothing 😒 this is very lame, for real...

Just cuz I really liked the guitar, went to the place, looked for the guitar, tried it, hum issue was cleared, I asked to the guitar tech who confirmed that a small preamp issue was found but was properly addressed so I took it.

The bottom line is that I spent 900€ that day for the guitar and its pouch, wasn't the super expensive purchase, I know, but still I believe that a better sell follow-up could have been provided.

I'm not sure if I would ever come back to this store... if guitar starts to fail within its warranty period for sure... I will not recommend this store openly... I mean, if their approach to selling you something is like this, I don't want to imagine how it will be the after-sales support 🤔

Went for some electric bass guitar strings and a bit of help finding the right electrical components. Got my strings but the pedants over there had to give me a vocabulary lesson on what a guitar and a bass are… I liked the store but the manners need work. I highly value someone who treats you with courtesy and respect.
