Well, I've been a customer since last year, and during this time I've noticed that the water pressure in the men's showers is very low, and the indoor pool is often too cold, which isn't very pleasant. Also, I was there last week, and the grassy area around the outdoor pool is quite worn. I've attached photos with this review. I think with some suggestions, everything can be improved. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I hope this serves as constructive criticism to help you improve.

I think the service is good, and the facilities are quite decent for the price, but the overcrowding is unacceptable. Today I went to the gym, and every machine was occupied, from the 2kg to the 16kg weights, not a single bench free—it's completely absurd. I understand it's a business, and businesses are meant to make money, but I don't think everything is acceptable. I can wait for a specific machine I want to use, but wait for all of them? It seems like when a machine becomes available, you treat it like a victory, like you're incredibly lucky. It's not luck at all; you pay for it. Unfortunately, I've decided to cancel my membership and look for another option, another gym where I can train in relative peace, because it's truly impossible here. It happens frequently, but today, when I arrived and saw everything occupied, I decided to call it quits.

The gym is spectacular, despite all the negative comments I see. The problem is the lack of manners; there are people on their phones without taking turns on the machines, people who leave things lying around instead of putting them away, and many others who don't take care of the facilities. Even so, I always see someone from maintenance walking around cleaning up the mess left by the inconsiderate people.
The gym is huge and has many machines and services. The only problem I see is the lack of manners of some people. As I said, they stay on the machines on their phones without taking turns with those who need to use them, and many people leave their accessories everywhere. The service at the administration office is excellent. There are always cleaners in the bathrooms and facilities. My only complaint is that the instructors should remind those who are disorganized and don't respect the order of use.

I'm editing my review. The cleanliness of the center has been improving, and considering how crowded it is, I think they've managed to keep it quite well maintained each day. The reason I'm editing my review is that at the end of March, after months of broken padel court lights... we finally have proper lighting for a padel court, and the nets we requested have been installed. I personally think this is the biggest advantage of this center and what keeps me coming back; you won't find bookings at their prices at any other gym. Congratulations on finally getting good lighting, and let's hope they don't cause any more problems.

I'm updating my review because the gym is showing that it listens to its members and is working to improve, and that deserves recognition.

One of the most noticeable changes has been the parking lot: they've installed traffic signs that make it much safer and more organized. A simple but very effective change—it's clear they've listened to the feedback! However, they're still missing a safety mirror in front of the parking lot exit, as there's no visibility to the right.

As is common in most gyms these days, the gym can get quite busy during peak hours. But with a little planning and choosing the right time of day, you can work out in complete peace and quiet without waiting. A small trick that makes all the difference.

The changing rooms and showers are still an area for improvement. Maintenance in this area still needs more attention, and I'm sure the team managing the gym has the ability to resolve it, just as they've resolved other issues.

But what truly makes this gym special is, without a doubt, its people. The staff is simply wonderful: friendly, professional, always smiling, and eager to help. You can tell they enjoy their work, and it shows. They are the heart and soul of the center and the main reason why one wants to return every day. You are a fantastic team!

I'm raising my rating with optimism and confidence that this center, with its amazing team, can become truly excellent in every way. Keep up the great work, and thank you for your wonderful service!
