I broke my leg (Tibia and Fibia) while on holiday and was in an awful scared state as didn't know what was wrong and what was the best course of action. Dr Alejandro (not sure of spelling). Was amazing in explaining what had happened and what my options were. Great hospital with great people working there!

I had to go to urgencies today (I am here on holiday). I took all the necessary documents. I can speak some Spanish. I was seen quickly and efficiently. The doctor spoke some English and we were able to communicate well. It is obviously helpful to be able to speak Spanish, as other staff do not speak English. They have lots of waiting rooms and consulting rooms, so I'm assuming there are not generally long waiting times. I was impressed with the service I received.

All personnel spoke really good English, were very kind and the process ended in around an hour with x-ray and results around 00:00 AM. The Emergency Room is well organized. Highly recommend the hospital.

Let my husband walk away with obvious thrombosis in the arm. They only checked if it wasn't broken. Very uninterested staff. Take your jobs seriously!
