I went to pick up a package that was left at this stationery store, even though I hadn't selected it as the delivery point. The pickup was quick, but the man who helped me was rather curt and unfriendly, telling me that I should direct my complaints to the delivery company. I understand that they don't manage the deliveries themselves, but I think a friendlier approach would have improved the experience.
A lovely stationery shop with beautiful decor. A wide variety of products, and easy drop-off and pick-up. The owner is very friendly.
