Very knowledgeable. Gama quickly responded to my emails and numerous questions. Didn't try to upsale. Fernando the installer was very professional and technically very knowledgeable about the unit that we purchased and the osmosis system. He went through the instructions and the operation of the system with us. We are very happy with our osmosis system and the service and very happy that we don't have to to buy and drag water bottles every time we go food shopping. I highly recommended.
