About the neighbourhood: Distrito Centro

An old style pharmacy right in the center of Málaga, by plaza Constitución. I like that it doesn't have the upsell setting you find on most pharmacies today

The young guy with glasses and a girl hair working there, just gave me a sirup for adult after I specifically asked him that I need one for a 5yr old! The sirup that could really harm my daughter! This guy should work in a market next door and not in the pharmacy! The people should sue your place.

I was having issues breathing while on holiday in Malaga, I have bronchitis and I had to fly home two hours before I went to this pharmacy but I could not get to a doctor before arriving, I asked for an inhaler or something to help with my issue, the staff member did not offer me anything. I was told there was nothing they could give me without a prescription from the doctor.

I understand that there may have been a language barrier and communication may not have been great on my end. But you should have offered me alternatives.

You provide a service to help people, I felt like there was no care and you just let me leave while having issues breathing.

I am giving 2 stars for this review as I understand the issue may be my fault and for the fact that the staff member had a pleasant and respectful demeanour. But I needed help and you let me walk out of there with nothing to help me.

I hope you use this review to learn for the future and help more people who are not educated with medication and are unaware of what they should take for the circumstances they are in.

AVOID! Rude, aggressive upsell attempt for totally unnecessary products, would have cost over three times the already expensive prices.
