"A very disappointing experience. We received a purchase offer, but the next day we were suddenly told that another family was paying €10,000 more and we were out. The way they treated us was disrespectful and demeaning. Statements like 'We're not in Morocco here' are completely inappropriate for a professional real estate agent. After this kind of behavior, one inevitably wonders if my darker complexion played a role. This is neither fairness nor professional conduct."
