It was my first time in Torrox and decided to hire a car to explore. I can honestly say that in all my years of dealing with car rental companies - Maria and the team at Planet Drive are one of the best. Super efficient, professional with the most amazing customer service - highly recommend.

74 total reviewsAwful company. One scam after another. Too many false charges to list. Their finest was charging for two news tyres to replace one flat tyre. Straight off my card. Have to now contact my card company.
Steer clear. Scams and hidden charges everywhere.
I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. they claim you only pay on arrival, when you get the car; the truth is, they take your money from the credit card when you do the reservation. if you want to cancel the reservation later (because you found a cheaper option or you are changing your holiday schedule) you cannot and they will not refund you. I tried to cancelled 32 days in advance and they gave me some lame excuses why they cannot refund me. Since they have no legal basis to show, I'm reporting this to the EU consumer agency as per Article 12 of the Treaty on EU functioning and will give this to the lawyer.
I can’t recommend them highly enough Maria is so professional I have been renting from her for years and never been let down.
We use this company approx 6-7 times a year. They always give a professional service cars are always spotless staff are always helpful I now never use anyone else I highly recommend car planet.
